Summary: The role of Finance Business Partner involves managing a logistics budget and collaborating with finance and supply chain teams within a global organization. The position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in supply chain logistics, particularly in the FMCG or food sectors, and advanced skills in SAP, BW, Excel, and PowerPoint. The successful candidate will drive cost-saving initiatives and ensure effective financial reporting for UK subcontractors. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract reporting to the UK Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a substantial logistics budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure tight controls on inventory movements.
  • Provide financial reporting for UK subcontractors.
  • Support the UK Supply Chain Director in preparing and consolidating financial data for leadership teams.
  • Drive impactful cost-saving initiatives aligned with company objectives.

Key Skills:

  • 3 years of relevant experience within the Supply Chain logistics environment.
  • Supply chain financial experience.
  • Experience with SAP and BW.
  • Background in fast-moving consumer goods or food.
  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Professional accounting qualification.
