Key Responsibilities:
- Process and maintain accurate financial data related to property income, expenses, and service charges
- Perform data entry and validation tasks across property management systems (eg, Yardi, Horizon)
- Prepare and issue tenant billing, including rent, service charges, and ad hoc invoices
- Assist with the reconciliation of accounts and investigate discrepancies
- Generate and maintain financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Excellent Excel skills

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property finance, excellent Excel skills, and hands-on experience using property management systems such as Yardi or Horizon.
You will play a key role in data entry, reporting, and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions and records. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
