Summary: Alexander Lloyd is seeking a Finance Assistant for a growing business in Brighton on a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role requires finance experience and offers a supportive, fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate should be available immediately or with a one-week notice period. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing credit control activities - chasing outstanding payments and managing customer accounts
- Processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations
- Supporting month-end processes and reporting
- Handling any finance-related queries from clients or suppliers
- Assisting with general finance admin and supporting the wider finance team as needed
Key Skills:
- Previous experience in a finance assistant or credit control role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident communicator - able to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams
- Proactive and able to manage your own workload
- Comfortable working in an office-based role full time for the duration of the contract
Salary (Rate): £27,000 yearly

The role:
