Key Responsibilities:
- Weekly reconciliation of sales
- Weekly reconciliation and production of credits file
- Issue Wholesale Sales Report (WSS)
- Output from internal system
- Compilation of Weekly Central Billing Sales and accruals to be uploaded to Qlikview prior to issue of the WSS
- Compilation of Weekly Frank and Honest Sales and accruals to be uploaded to Qlikview prior to issue of WSS
- Issue Warehouse Sales and Volumes Reports
- Update to latest reporting week
- Weekly Retail Sales Pack
- Weekly summary report to ensure retail sales reconciliation
- Compile weekly Drinks inc and Marketplace sales to include in Retail Sales Pack
- Weekly Sales History Report
- Update to latest reporting week
- Compile Weekly Central Billing Report (CB)
- Reconcile CB sales by supplier and Brand
- Weekly Central Billing accrual
- Ensure sales/purchases and margin are recorded accurately and accruals are posted to Oracle
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Independent thinker with the ability to work on own initiative
- Competent in reporting and reconciliations
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good communicator and team player
