Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and process supplier invoices in the Purchase Ledger accurately and timely.
  • Conduct transactional bookkeeping within the accounting system.
  • Process and reconcile multi-currency banking transactions.
  • Administer and reconcile company credit cards and related expenditures.
  • Process and check expense claims, ensuring timely receipt and processing of claims.
  • Ensure finance processes and procedures are performed accurately and contribute to their development.
  • Support month-end reconciliations for Purchase and Sales ledgers and bank reconciliations.

Key Skills:

  • AAT qualified or currently studying towards AAT qualification.
  • Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role.
  • Experience with Excel, ledger management, and accounts administration.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment.
