Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and process supplier invoices in the Purchase Ledger accurately and timely.
- Conduct transactional bookkeeping within the accounting system.
- Process and reconcile multi-currency banking transactions.
- Administer and reconcile company credit cards and related expenditures.
- Process and check expense claims, ensuring timely receipt and processing of claims.
- Ensure finance processes and procedures are performed accurately and contribute to their development.
- Support month-end reconciliations for Purchase and Sales ledgers and bank reconciliations.
Key Skills:
- AAT qualified or currently studying towards AAT qualification.
- Previous experience in a Finance Assistant role.
- Experience with Excel, ledger management, and accounts administration.
- Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
