Summary: Gleeson Homes is seeking a Finance Apprentice to join their Head Office team in Sheffield. The role involves supporting the finance function at a divisional level while gaining business experience through various projects and interactions with senior finance team members. The apprentice will also have the opportunity to rotate through different departments within the finance function. This position requires strong interpersonal skills and a keen attention to detail.

Job Introduction
Gleeson Homes have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Apprentice to join our Head Office team in Sheffield. Your role will be to support the finance function at a divisional level. As a Finance Apprentice you will also gain business experience through involvement in specific projects, job shadowing and interaction with the senior finance team. There will also be an opportunity to rotate around different departments within the finance function.
Main Responsibilities

Working Hours
36.5 hours per week
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm
Friday 8.30am to 4pm
One day per week or block release at a local College to obtain a relevant Apprenticeship Standard
The Ideal Candidate
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to succeed in this role as you will be working with a number of internal and external stakeholders, as well as senior finance team members. 5 GCSEs at grade 9-4 (A*-C) or equivalent, including English and Maths minimum grade 4 / C.
