Key Responsibilities:
- Handle core administrative tasks including maintaining event files, updating documents, managing databases, and processing attendee information.
- Assist in venue research, supplier coordination, material preparation, and logistical oversight to ensure seamless event delivery.
- Liaise with team members and other departments to facilitate clear, consistent communication throughout the event lifecycle.
- Provide hands-on assistance at events, including setup coordination, vendor management, attendee support, and resolving on-the-spot issues.
- Compile event feedback, update records, and contribute to debrief sessions for continuous improvement.
