Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial support and analysis of new project business case proposals and capital expenditure requests.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes with robust data and analysis.
- Ongoing reporting of cost saving and profit improvement projects versus plan.
- Collaborate with regional and functional teams to understand the financial performance of transformation initiatives.
- Present financial insights clearly to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Major projects accounting and reporting support.
- Act as a key contributor to finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in a major transformation project in the international organisation. With a number of improvement projects in play this role will analyse and report on the improved profits and savings brought about by the changes. This is a hybrid role (2 days a week in the office) and will be offered initially as a 12 month FTC. The organisation is a global business with a corporate head office in Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilites: Commercial support and analysis of new project business case proposals, capital expenditure requests (including considering the commercial and operational implications of each initative); Support budgeting and forecasting processes with robust data and analysis. Ongoing reporting of cost saving and profit improvement projects vs plan. Collaborate with regional and functional teams to understand the financial performance of the transformation initiatives in each operating company, the financial outlook and support decision-making with clear and accurate metrics. Present financial insights in a clear, concise manner to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
