Key Responsibilities:

• Collate and analyse financial and non-financial operational data related to service charges.
• Create, implement, and document a model for analysing service charge expenditure and revenue.
• Assess financial impacts of actions for recovering service charge expenditure.
• Conduct macro and micro level analysis to identify root causes of service charge under-recovery.
• Collaborate with service charge colleagues to understand impacts of non-recoverable service charges.

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial insights.
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for translating complex financial information.
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Excel, with data handling skills across multiple systems.
