Summary: The Finance Analyst role is a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Birmingham, focusing on the development and production of management reporting within a shared services environment. The position involves supporting the Reporting Manager by providing financial data and reports, as well as collaborating with various teams to enhance reporting structures. Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Reporting Manager in providing financial data and reports to all functions within SSC.
• Extract data from various financial and non-financial systems.
• Develop a robust reporting structure that includes self-service and automatic report distribution.
• Monitor performance metrics, balanced scorecards, and information highlighting SSC activities.
• Provide insight and analysis to support management decision-making.
• Understand key processes within the SSC and embed internal controls and SOX compliance mindset.
• Assist in stakeholder management across SSC ensuring effective approaches are developed and implemented.

Key Skills:
