Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage board packs for senior stakeholders and project governance meetings.
- Perform cost tracking, forecasting, and risk analysis using Excel-based models.
- Support project finance activities under NEC construction contracts.
- Maintain and update cost opportunity registers and financial change requests.
- Collaborate with project teams to validate and challenge financial data.
- Update Project Management Board (PMB) slides with cost insights and trends.
- Assist with RAID-aligned cost reporting and resource model management.
Key Skills:
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data analysis and presentation.
- Experience in financial analysis, cost reporting, or project finance.
- Ability to manage and interpret financial data in a project environment.
- Familiarity with NEC contracts is advantageous but not essential.
