Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse revenue, margins, and programme/client profitability
  • Provide commercial insights on performance trends and key drivers
  • Support financial modelling, pricing, and commercial proposals
  • Produce and enhance management reporting across sales, revenue, utilisation, and delivery metrics
  • Deliver clear, actionable commentary to senior stakeholders
  • Support evaluation of new business opportunities and margin assumptions

Key Skills:

  • Part Qualified/ Qualified Accountant
  • Strong commercial finance and analytical experience
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capability and ideally Power BI
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Languages: Spanish, German or Arabic would be an additional bonus

Detailed Description From Employer:

We're looking for a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join an education SAAS company on an initial 3-6-month fixed-term contract, with potential for extension.

Reporting to the Finance Director, this hands-on role will support a period of increased reporting, pricing, and commercial performance analysis activity. The position sits at the intersection of finance, data, and strategic decision-making, partnering closely with non-finance stakeholders across the business. This role is hybrid working, 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home with some international travel.
