Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with commercial and account teams to analyze financial results and profitability.

- Identify potential risks and provide solutions before they manifest in financial downsides.
- Support revenue forecasting and month-end reporting, preparing insightful management packs.
- Drive the budgeting and forecasting cycle, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Analyze and consolidate financial submissions from agency units across the UK.
- Deliver meaningful commentary and variance analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, presenting them clearly and confidently.
- Act as a HFM and Salesforce super user, providing support and guidance to agency teams.
- Generate a standard UK Management Pack to be distributed to COMEX.
- Central monitoring of adherence to Groupe Internal Controls.
- Provide ad-hoc support for Group Head of Reporting, Group Finance Director, or UK Market CFO as required.
Key Skills:
- Part Qualified Accountant.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience with Hyperion and SAP systems is an advantage.

Overview
Are you ready to take the next step in your finance career, and make an impact across multiple high-performing agencies in one of the UK’s fastest-growing markets? We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Commercial Finance Analyst to join our Group team on a 12 month FTC, where you’ll gain exposure to a diverse portfolio of agencies and play a key role in shaping financial insight and performance across the business. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that blends commercial analysis , group reporting , and plenty of opportunities to influence decision-making at a senior level.
Responsibilities
- Commercial Finance
- Partner with commercial and account teams to analyse financial results and profitability.
- Review billability with department heads and translate insights into actionable steps.
- Ability to identify potential risks and provide solutions before they manifest themselves in material financial downsides
- Support revenue forecasting and month-end reporting, preparing insightful management packs.
- Help drive the budgeting and forecasting cycle, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
- Works closely with Global Client Finance Lead / Account team in reviewing and forecasting revenue
- Build / continually evolve reporting to support UK KPIs, including those that are a key focus at an EMEA or Groupe level
- Group Reporting
- Analyse and consolidate financial submissions from agency units across the UK.
- Deliver meaningful commentary and variance analysis to senior stakeholders.
- Identify trends, risks and opportunities - and present them clearly and confidently.
- Develop smarter, more efficient ways to collect, view and interpret data.
- Act as a HFM and Salesforce super user, providing support and guidance to agency teams.
- Generate a standard UK Management Pack to be distributed to COMEX
- Build / continually evolve reporting to support UK KPIs, including those that are a key focus at an EMEA or Groupe level
- Day to day contact with Agencies on Reporting queries, providing responsive and best in class support
- Central monitoring of adherence to Groupe Internal Controls
- Ad-hoc support for Group Head of Reporting, Group Finance Director or UK Market CFO as required
