Manpower are currently seeking an interim Finance Analyst, to work with our global FMCG client Unilever in their Home Care Group, renowned for brands such as Dove, Sure, Persil, and Simple, to become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment. The position is based at Blackfriars on London’s Victoria Embankment, just a short walk from Blackfriars tube. This is a full-time temporary role to run for 4 months, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying up to £50,000 per annum, pro rata, depending upon experience. The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.
THE ROLE
The role offers the opportunity to work as part of a cross-functional team within the Home Care Division which could cover the following areas:
- Driving Performance & strategic priorities: Monthly month end close and performance analysis for both actuals and forecast to extract insights, identify hot spots and drive corrective actions.
- Development and continuous improvement of an effective performance framework to track key KPIs with BUs and global business partners.
- Support the Monthly/Quarterly reporting/planning cadence together with 3d party service providers
- Preparation and/or analysis of business cases for strategic projects and innovations in the Business Group.
- Expertise & Leadership: Finance leadership with business partners – exposure to a variety of leaders and functions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of the Business Group Home Care Strategy and agenda, taking ownership of specific initiatives.
