Summary: The Finance Analyst role is a temporary position lasting four months, focused on supporting month-end reporting, forecasting, and governance processes within a FMCG company. The candidate will be responsible for preparing analyses, approving purchase orders, and undertaking ad hoc projects. The position requires immediate availability or a one-week notice period. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement with one day in the office and four days remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the month-end reporting process, including posting month-end journals and reporting monthly actuals in core finance systems.
• Support the forecasting process for overheads and marketing, ensuring key assumptions, risks, and opportunities are captured and reported.
• Support the marketing and overheads governance processes.
• Prepare analysis and insights for stakeholders across the business.
• Approve purchase orders and intercompany recharges for marketing and overheads costs.
• Undertake ad hoc projects as required.

Key Skills:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar finance role.
• Exposure to Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare insights for stakeholders.
• Experience with month-end reporting and forecasting processes.
