Key Responsibilities:

- Reporting support - Build, maintain, and enhance recurring reports for senior stakeholders.
- Process improvement - Review existing workflows and recommend data-driven improvements within Shared Services.
- Data transformation - Use advanced Excel and Power Query to clean, structure, and automate data flows.
- Cross-functional collaboration - Partner with operational teams to resolve issues and improve data quality.
Key Skills:
- Strong background in Finance Shared Services or a similar high-volume finance environment.
- Advanced Excel skills - Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, data modelling.
- Experience with Power BI or similar BI/reporting tools.
- Proven ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into meaningful insight.
- A continuous-improvement mindset with a track record of streamlining processes.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
