Summary: The Finance Analyst role focuses on managing client contract revenue and billing within the Work & Family sector. The position requires analyzing monthly revenue fluctuations and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The analyst will collaborate with various departments to support financial processes and maintain compliance with deadlines. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract requiring regular office attendance in Northampton.
Key Responsibilities:
- Record client contract financial terms into the ERP system and ensure accurate revenue generation.
- Collaborate with Client Relations and Legal to implement contract terms for agreements.
- Report client revenue accurately in the monthly P&L and explain fluctuations.
- Adhere to monthly and quarterly deadlines for posting transactions.
- Provide evidence of controls to management and auditors.
- Create and explain fluctuations on balance sheet reconciliations for unbilled and deferred revenue.
- Support the annual budgeting process and monthly forecasting.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and explain financial information to non-finance staff.
- Communicate effectively with other finance departments and support finance business partners.
- Stay updated on organizational changes and financial regulations.
