Summary: The role of Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) involves driving profitable growth for a leading FinTech client by providing critical financial analysis and strategic insights. The position requires collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Europe, the US, and APAC. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial KPIs, delivering accurate financial reports, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FP&A within technology or financial services sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse and explain key financial KPIs (TPV, revenue, margin, etc.) across products, regions, and merchant segments.
- Deliver accurate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, identifying risks, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Partner with business and finance teams to design and implement robust financial review frameworks.
- Provide timely insights to regional senior leadership to support key strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate with global and regional FP&A teams to ensure consistency of data, messaging, and reporting.
- Drive best practices, optimise processes, and support ad-hoc FP&A projects.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years' experience in FP&A, Finance Analyst, or similar roles within technology, eCommerce, payments, or financial services.
- Strong forecasting, analytical, and financial modelling skills.
- Advanced SQL and Excel (PowerPoint proficiency also essential).
- Ability to communicate insights and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across functions and geographies.

About the Role
We're working with a leading FinTech client who is looking for a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join their European FP&A team. You will play a key role in driving profitable growth across the region. This is a varied role that combines analytics, financial modelling, business partnering, and strategic insight.
You'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders across Europe, the US, and APAC, providing critical analysis and recommendations that support both short- and long-term goals.
What You'll Do
Analyse and explain key financial KPIs (TPV, revenue, margin, etc.) across products, regions, and merchant segments.

What We're Looking For
5+ years' experience in FP&A, Finance Analyst, or similar roles within technology, eCommerce, payments, or financial services.
