Key Responsibilities:

• Leading on key monthly timetable deliverables, collating monthly performance packs, and preparing materials for the Board.
• Ensuring effective running of the monthly and quarterly financial forecast process across the business.
• Working closely with senior managers and finance business partners to communicate business performance, including understanding Risks & Opportunities.
• Identifying and driving process and reporting improvements for better business insights.
• Sourcing, collating, and analyzing financial and non-financial operational data to produce reliable reports.

Key Skills:

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with practical experience in financial analysis and management accounting.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in drawing key financial insights.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and challenge effectively.
• Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
• Strong IT skills, including MS Office; experience with Power BI is advantageous.

Salary (Rate): £60,000
