Summary: The Finance Administrator role involves supporting the Finance Team of an international leader in household products through various fiscal year-end tasks and general administrative support. The position requires strong time management and organizational skills, along with prior SAP knowledge preferred. This is a hybrid role, requiring three days a week in the office, for a duration of two months. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing fiscal year-end transactions requested via a Journal Entry Solution and accrual tool.
- Performing specific validation checks prior to processing.
- Performing other fiscal year-end specific tasks such as loading cycle data into SAP.
- Performing control and compliance checks according to the company's policies.
- Updating financial spreadsheets.
- Providing general administrative support.
