Summary: The Finance Administrator role in Belfast involves supporting the Senior Management Team with sales and purchase ledgers, payroll processing, and financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:
- Process sales and purchase ledgers accurately and timely.
- Assist in monthly payroll processing and update reports.
- Undertake bank reconciliations and manage credit control.
- Maintain sales and purchase ledgers using a computerized system.
- Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
- Support stock management operations.
- Assist in producing monthly management and financial reports.
- Provide general administrative support to the Senior Management and Sales teams.
Key Skills:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs/O levels at Grade C or above, including English and Mathematics.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced finance team.
- Experience in office administration.
- Familiarity with Management information and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills and numeracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to assist in various areas of the finance department.

Your new role
You will be part of a small team (team of three) who support the Senior Management Team to process sales and purchase ledgers in a timely and accurate manner. You will assist in the processing of monthly payroll, update monthly reports and undertake bank reconciliations and credit control.
Using a computerised system to maintain sales and purchase ledgers.
Raise purchase orders and liaise with suppliers.
Lead an effective and efficient credit control function
Support operations on Stock management
Assisting in the production of monthly management and financial reports.
General admin support to the Senior Management team and the Sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
A minimum of 5 GCSEs/O levels at Grade C or above (or equivalent), including English and Mathematics.
Previous experience within a fast-paced finance team.
Experience of office admin
Experience of using Management information and ERP systems
Strong organisational skills and numeracy.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to work towards deadlines.
Willingness to assist in other areas of the finance department as needed.
