Summary: The Finance Administrator - Accounts Receivable role involves supporting the Accounts Receivable team in managing billing cycles, debtors, and customer queries. This position is a full-time, fixed-term contract until March 2026, with options for home-based or office-based work in Newcastle. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to finance operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the monthly billing cycle and management of debtors.
  • Contact customers by phone to resolve queries.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager and AR Coordinators with various tasks.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support team objectives.

Key Skills:

  • Strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proactive and organized with a problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in a finance environment, particularly in accounts receivable or billing.
  • Familiarity with financial ledgers such as D365 F&O or SAP.
  • Knowledge of the CQC fee scheme and/or experience with CRM systems.
