Summary: The Finance Administrator - Accounts Receivable role involves supporting the Accounts Receivable team in managing billing cycles, debtors, and customer queries. This position is a full-time, fixed-term contract until March 2026, with options for home-based or office-based work in Newcastle. The ideal candidate should possess strong administrative skills and a proactive approach to finance operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the monthly billing cycle and management of debtors.
- Contact customers by phone to resolve queries.
- Assist the Accounts Receivable Manager and AR Coordinators with various tasks.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support team objectives.
Key Skills:
- Strong administrative skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Proactive and organized with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in a finance environment, particularly in accounts receivable or billing.
- Familiarity with financial ledgers such as D365 F&O or SAP.
- Knowledge of the CQC fee scheme and/or experience with CRM systems.
