Summary: The role of Finance Administration Coordinator at ITV Preston involves supporting the Pensions Team by reviewing and interpreting financial data, primarily using Excel. This is an 18-month fixed-term, full-time position with an expectation of three days in the office each week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the project team on various pension-related data projects.
- Support daily tasks and activities by helping handle data and prepare reports or communications.
- Follow set procedures to assist with more detailed or sophisticated tasks.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to help deliver both new and existing processes.
- Run multiple tasks or projects at the same time.
- Keep project files and documents up to date and coordinated.
- Help build and improve training materials and process guides.
- Suggest and support ideas to improve how we work.
- Maintain standard documents, letters, and records used in the team.
Key Skills:
- Previous working experience in a coordinator/administrative role in either a financial or pensions environment.
- Confident using Excel, including formulas, to work with and present data.
- Experience handling and understanding large sets of data from different sources.
- Able to follow detailed processes and spot any mistakes or gaps in data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Confident with MS Office software (including Word).
- Capability to balance multiple project tasks at any given time.
- Organised and meticulous in keeping on top of things.
- Methodical in following defined process instructions.
- Possess an analytical thought process.
- The ability to work proactively and within a fast-paced flexible environment.
- Building positive relationships within the team, department, personnel, and collaborators.

The role..
