Key Responsibilities:
- Design and oversee IBM FileNet P8 ECM architecture, including email journaling, archiving, and compliance.
- Lead multi-year ECM initiatives, ensuring scalability, governance, and regulatory alignment.
- Provide architectural guidance for third-party integrations and compliance frameworks.
- Develop technical standards, reference architectures, and best practices.
- Collaborate with business, infrastructure, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
- Ensure operational resilience and security of ECM platforms.
- Drive continuous improvement in ECM governance and architectural processes.
Key Skills:
- 5+ years’ experience as a FileNet Architect or senior ECM solution designer.
- Expertise in IBM FileNet P8 architecture and enterprise solution design.
- Strong background in ECM strategy, standards, and governance.
- Proven experience leading large-scale ECM initiatives and migrations.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/SAFe delivery methods.
- Ability to define and enforce technical standards and best practices.
- Useful but Not Essential: IBM Datacap knowledge.
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) for ECM deployments.
- Records management and retention expertise.
- Familiarity with BI/reporting tools integrated with FileNet.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and containerisation for lifecycle management.
