Summary: The Field Services Engineer coordinates and acts as the single point of contact for complex service requests and local projects, particularly in MES systems and network expansion. This role involves problem-solving future state requirements and maintaining functional understanding of processes and tools, while interacting with various stakeholders. The engineer is responsible for monitoring service levels, tracking metrics, and ensuring site health, as well as delivering end-user services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and act as SPOC project lead for complex service requests and local projects.
  • Interact with MLL personnel to problem-solve future state requirements.
  • Serve as a source of functional understanding of processes, tools, and integration of MLL plant equipment with IT platforms.
  • Maintain facility IT ownership and monitor service levels, tracking metrics and analytics.
  • Perform site-level disaster recovery, CMDB, risk, security vulnerability, and compliance management.
  • Manage local site-level asset planning, purchasing, deployment, and decommissioning.
  • Provide end-user knowledge, including training and technical writing.
  • Deliver and coordinate end-user services and service desk support.
