We’re searching for a Field Service Engineer who loves solving problems, supporting customers, and keeping high-performance medical devices running at their best.
What You’ll Do
- Support clinicians by installing, maintaining, and repairing advanced laser and energy-based systems.
- Own your territory by planning service visits, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring customers feel supported.
- Diagnose complex issues using your knowledge of electronics, optics, and mechanical components.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate unusual cases and share insights that improve product performance.
- Promote service excellence through clear communication, professionalism, and a solutions-oriented approach.
- Spot opportunities for upgrades, training, and service agreements.
What You Bring
- Technical degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
- Several years working with complex electronic systems; laser experience is a bonus.
- Strong troubleshooting instincts and the ability to think creatively under pressure.
- A friendly, confident communication style.
- Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel across the UK and EU without restriction.
