• Develop relationships with internal teams to ensure readiness for sales and timely exchanges.

• 5 GCSEs/GCEs including Maths and English, or equivalent.
• Experience in selling within the building industry.
• Sales delivery experience in a service environment.
• Specialist knowledge of Sales/Marketing techniques and analysis.
• Excellent IT and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Full driving license.
• Knowledge of the Construction Industry and related legal and financial frameworks.
