Key Responsibilities:
- Meet existing business customers daily in designated area.
- Drive sales volume, market share, and profitability.
- Attend 8-10 customer meetings per day, including independent retailers and retail chains.
- Launch new brands and educate point of sale staff to prevent out of stock situations.
- Provide 1:1 training on negotiation, objection handling, and effective merchandising.
- Ensure point of sale staff are knowledgeable about products and pricing.
Key Skills:
- Valid driving licence with no more than 6 points.
- Desire to succeed in a sales environment.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent time management and planning skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet daily targets.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel and stay away from home frequently.
