Field/Rigging Engineer
My client is currently looking for a number of Field/Rigging/2nd Man/Woman engineers to work around the country on a contract basis.
This role is responsible for the coordination, management and execution of Field Services activities supporting other Service Function (SF) in Operations and Engineering when in-site activities must be performed, to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance levels.
The primary work area is nationwide., so you can be based anywhere.
Perform reactive and proactive maintenance on multi-customer, multi-technology networks, ensuring agreed performance targets are met.
Participate in a 24/7 callout Rota.
MATS Climber, Rooftop Safety & Access, First Aid, RF and climbers medical Required.
Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate workload spikes and operational requirements for both reactive and planned work outside core hours.
Work independently and collaboratively within the FSO and wider teams to ensure right-first-time resolutions in line with customer SLAs, while maintaining safe working practices.
Carry out field-based installation, commissioning, and integration activities in support of agreed FSO project work.
Maintain accurate and timely updates to both internal FSO and customer systems.
Engage in continuous personal development to enhance role effectiveness and technical capability.
