About the Role

We are looking for a results-oriented, enthusiastic, and creative Field Marketing Manager to join a leading global tech enterprise and drive front-line field engagement across the UK & Ireland region.

In this multi-faceted role, you will act as a key commercial partner to Sales and Business Development teams, leveraging the full marketing mix to build brand awareness, generate high-quality business leads, and accelerate prospects through the pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Design and execute dynamic UK & Ireland field marketing campaigns using a full mix of channels to build awareness, drive lead generation, and progress pipeline opportunities.
  • Sales Activation & Enablement: Support outbound campaign execution with clear messaging, targeted touch plans, and enablement tools for sales teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with wider EMEA/Global campaign, digital, event, PR, and partner marketing teams to align and maintain a regional calendar of marketing activities.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Review regional campaign metrics across all channels, forecast pipeline targets, and provide sales leadership with detailed commentary, actionable insights, and performance reports.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Build strong relationships with Sales and Business Development leadership to align marketing activities with go-to-market strategies, sales plays, and regional priorities.
  • Vendor Management: Oversee third-party vendors and media publishers to maximize budget efficiency, reach, and overall campaign ROI.

Requirements & Experience

  • Proven Track Record: Solid experience in B2B field marketing, ideally within the technology or enterprise software sector.
  • Commercial Mindset: Strong experience acting as a direct business partner to Sales and Business Development teams.
  • Marketing Mix Proficiency: Hands-on experience executing multi-channel integrated campaigns (digital, events, outbound, partner marketing).
  • Data-Driven: Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, forecast pipeline attainment, and optimize campaigns to reach targets.
  • Communication & Relationship Building: Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to brief, guide, and report to senior sales leaders.
