• Ensure compliance with local authority and CQC requirements.
• Utilize rostering software and ECM for scheduling and management.
• Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning, and Risk Assessments.
• Communicate effectively with staff teams and health professionals regarding issues and risks.
• Work collaboratively with care coordinators and management.
• Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis.

Key Skills:

• Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor.
• Knowledge of local area (Bromley).
• Familiarity with rostering software and ECM.
• Understanding of local authority compliance and CQC standards.
