- Ensure compliance with local authority and CQC requirements.
- Utilize rostering software and ECM for scheduling and management.
- Conduct Mental Capacity Assessments, Care Planning, and Risk Assessments.
- Communicate effectively with staff teams and health professionals regarding issues and risks.
- Work collaboratively with care coordinators and management.
- Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis.
Key Skills:
- Previous experience as a Care Coordinator or Field Care Supervisor.
- Knowledge of local area (Bromley).
