Summary: The Field Artificial Lift Technologist/Specialist is tasked with optimizing well production and performance while collaborating with field operations and engineering teams. This role involves advising on well and artificial lift design, ensuring safe and reliable operations, and promoting data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities:

  • Optimize well production and performance in collaboration with field operations and engineering teams.
  • Advise and mentor on well and artificial lift design.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations and directives.
  • Maximize production through optimization of wells and facilities.
  • Manage and track fluid management and optimization programs.
  • Facilitate communication of optimization opportunities with Integrated Control Central (IOC) and field operations.
  • Analyze data to recommend cost-effective solutions.
  • Attend and advise on technical team sessions related to gas lift operations.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Engineering or Operational role.
  • Engineering Degree or Technology Diploma preferred.
  • Strong commitment to safety and environmental principles.
  • Broad knowledge applicable to operational teams.
  • High level of communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Diplomatic communication approach.
