Summary: The Field Artificial Lift Technologist/Specialist is tasked with optimizing well production and performance while collaborating with field operations and engineering teams. Key Responsibilities:

• Optimize well production and performance in collaboration with field operations and engineering teams.
• Advise and mentor on well and artificial lift design.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and directives.
• Maximize production through optimization of wells and facilities.
• Manage and track fluid management and optimization programs.
• Facilitate communication of optimization opportunities with Integrated Control Central (IOC) and field operations.
• Analyze data to recommend cost-effective solutions.
• Attend and advise on technical team sessions related to gas lift operations.

Key Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in Engineering or Operational role.
