FICA Functional Consultant

Summary: The FICA Functional Consultant role requires an experienced professional with 8-9 years of hands-on expertise in SAP Convergent Invoicing and FICA. The consultant will be responsible for leading design workshops and gathering requirements while having a solid understanding of BRIM functional processes. The position is based in London and offers a competitive daily rate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement SAP Convergent Invoicing and FICA with end-to-end knowledge of BRIM functional processes and data flow.
• Participate in 2-3 projects in the BRIM CI/FICA area, focusing on usage-based and recurring billing scenarios.
• Configure FICA settings including document configuration, posting area, clearing variant, and rules.
• Handle inbound/outbound payment processing, bank integration, write-offs, and G/L postings.
• Lead design workshops and requirement gathering discussions.
• Possess certification in BRIM as an added advantage.

• 8-9 years of experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing and FICA.

Role Specification:

• 8-9 years of experience with Hands-on experience across SAP Convergent Invoicing implementation knowledge and FICA. Also having end to end knowledge of BRIM functional processes & data flow.
• At least worked on 2-3 projects in BRIM CI/FICA area. Having knowledge of usage based & recurring billing scenarios.
• Knowledge of FICA configuration including FICA document configuration, Posting Area, clearing variant & rules, Inbound/outbound payment handling, Bank integration, write off, G/L Posting etc.
• Basic knowledge of Convergent Invoicing functionalities including BITs & CITs, Billing, Invoicing, Posting Area, FICA posting.
• Experience in leading design workshop, requirement gathering discussion.
• Good to have if certified in BRIM.
