Summary: The FICA Functional Consultant role involves working on a significant government project for a global consultancy, requiring expertise in SAP Convergent Invoicing and FICA. The position demands a minimum of 8-9 years of hands-on experience and knowledge of BRIM functional processes. The consultant will be expected to lead design workshops and gather requirements while working hybrid in London. Clearance required for this role is BPSS, and it operates under PAYE via an umbrella company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement SAP Convergent Invoicing and FICA with end-to-end knowledge of BRIM functional processes.
- Work on 2-3 projects in the BRIM CI/FICA area, focusing on usage-based and recurring billing scenarios.
- Configure FICA settings including document configuration, posting area, clearing variant, and payment handling.
- Understand Convergent Invoicing functionalities such as BITs & CITs, billing, invoicing, and FICA posting.
- Lead design workshops and requirement gathering discussions.
- Possess certification in BRIM (preferred).
Key Skills:
- 8-9 years of experience in SAP Convergent Invoicing and FICA.
- Hands-on experience with BRIM functional processes and data flow.
- Knowledge of FICA configuration and payment handling.
- Experience leading design workshops and requirement gathering.
- Certification in BRIM is a plus.

We are heading up a recruitment drive for a global consultancy that require a FICA Functional Consultant to join them on a major government project that's based 2 days per week in London.
Job Description:
1. 8-9 years of experience with Hands-on experience across SAP Convergent Invoicing implementation knowledge and FICA. Also having end to end knowledge of BRIM functional processes & data flow.
2. At least worked on 2-3 projects in BRIM CI/FICA area. Having knowledge of usage based & recurring billing scenarios.
3. Knowledge of FICA configuration including FICA document configuration, Posting Area, clearing variant & rules, Inbound/outbound payment handling, Bank integration, write off, G/L Posting etc.
4. Basic knowledge of Convergent Invoicing functionalities including BITs & CITs, Billing, Invoicing, Posting Area, FICA posting.
5. Experience in leading design workshop, requirement gathering discussion.
6. Good to have if certified in BRIM.
