Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop FF&E design concepts that align with project vision and brand identity
  • Select and specify furniture, fixtures, and equipment that are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and durable
  • Create and manage FF&E schedules and budgets
  • Collaborate with project teams, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to ensure designs are executed to the highest standards
  • Oversee the procurement process, liaising with suppliers and manufacturers to source products and materials
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure proper implementation of designs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology

Key Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in FF&E design, preferably in the luxury hospitality sector
  • In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and trends in the luxury hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creative problem-solving
  • A portfolio showcasing your FF&E design work (preferred)

As an FF&E Designer, you will be responsible for designing the furniture, fixtures, and equipment for a variety of hospitality projects, from concept to completion. You’ll work closely with architects, interior designers, and project managers to ensure each design meets aesthetic, functional, and budgetary requirements.
