This role is a FTC for 6 months covering Maternity Cover. This role is to supply various technical engineering disciplines to British Embassy s/High Commissions worldwide on a permanent and contract basis.Key ResponsibilitiesTo assist with the recruitment of Technical Engineers for various British Embassies/High Commissions worldwide, whilst maintaining day to day support and assistance for the Engineers already posted overseas. Sending perspective candidates CVs to clients Arranging interviews Dealing with telephone and emails enquiries from both candidates & client Coordinating security clearance applications Reference requests Organising travel / visa s / passport applications for candidates. Booking/arranging training courses Arranging medical clearance & policies. Assisting with the monthly pay run Issuing of various reports to the client as and when requested including monthly updates, pricing documents, new candidate costings.
