Summary: The role involves joining a product testing and quality team focused on footwear and apparel in football and motorsports. The intern will conduct various tests, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and support project management tasks to enhance product quality and innovation. This position offers hands-on experience and mentorship in product testing execution and standards. The internship is based in Herzogenaurach, Germany, from March to September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute perception, laboratory, and biomechanical testing to validate product innovations.
• Improve and develop new testing methods to meet quality standards.
• Support execution of cross-functional global projects.
• Lead individual work streams and project management tasks.
• Assist in analysis and presentations to define project direction.
• Support development of processes and frameworks for smart solutions.

Key Skills:

• Student of Textile Technology, Clothing Technology, Footwear Engineering, Sports Science, or similar.
• Fluent in English, ideally with German language skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• High sports affinity, particularly in football/soccer and/or motorsports.
• Good project management and communication skills.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest to learn.
