Summary: The Family Contact Worker role involves working directly with vulnerable children and young people aged 0-16 and their families to facilitate supervised contact sessions. Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and co-ordinate contacts activities e.g. cinema within the community ensuring that appropriate Risk Assessments are in place and adhered to.
  • Attend Court to give evidence on the nature of contact sessions, the level of attachment and the relationship between the child and parent/significant other when required.

Are you experienced in working directly with Children and Families and seeking your next opportunity? Look no further!

We are collaborating with a Local Authority in Trafford, as they are in search of a Family Contact Worker to join their Children and Families Team!

In this role, you will be required to carry a caseload of vulnerable children and young people (0-16 aged) and their families that requires supervised contact, to ensure safeguarding of the children and young people is apriority at all times.
