Minor Works Project Manager – Filton, Bristol (100% Flexible)

Rate: £40/hr Umbrella | 35 hrs/week

Clearance: BPSS+| Contract until 30/09/2026, possible extension

We are recruiting for a Minor Works Project Manager to join a leading FM team in Filton. You will manage multiple minor works projects (up to £100,000) across Filton, Bristol, and Newport, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to safety and quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience managing multiple projects and M&E works
  • NEBOSH & IOSH Managing Safely qualifications
  • CDM awareness and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong time management and financial oversight
