Summary: The Facilities Operations Manager will oversee the management of Facilities Operations across EMEA locations, focusing on enhancing workplace culture and collaboration among teams. This role requires an experienced Real Estate Professional to ensure the delivery of high-quality workplace experiences and manage relationships with various stakeholders. The position involves strategic oversight of facilities management, budget control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role is based in London and requires a strong background in facilities operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of Facilities Operations in traditional and serviced offices across the EMEA Region.
  • Ensure the delivery of best-in-class workplace experiences for employees and contingent workers.
  • Lead initiatives and special projects to enhance workplace experience.
  • Collaborate with the Planning and Projects team for successful delivery of new workplace spaces.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, managing agents, contractors, and local vendors.
  • Control business-critical/emergency situations with minimal disruption.
  • Oversee customer service delivery across all EMEA sites.
  • Align standards for hard and soft services, including PPM delivery and events management.
  • Manage Facilities budget and forecasting across sites.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment.
  • Produce and communicate management information, including financials and KPIs.

Key Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent people management skills with a vision for future development of the FM function.
  • Strong client relationship management experience.
  • Vendor contract management experience.
  • Strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Ability to handle high-level communication with EMEA leadership.
  • Third level qualification in property, facilities, or operations.
  • 7 years of experience in multi-site/campus facilities operations management.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
  • Experience in a multi-office environment across multiple time zones.
