Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee building space allocation and layout coordination to optimise efficiency and functionality.
- Communicate and coordinate services for facilities expansion and maintenance.
- Establish and oversee health and safety standards to ensure a secure working environment.
- Manage projects and processes independently, providing guidance and reviewing the work of junior professionals.
- Tackle complex problems with innovative solutions, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in facilities or infrastructure maintenance, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Demonstrated supervisory or leadership experience with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of mechanical systems and general maintenance principles.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software and basic office applications.
- Relevant certifications in Health and Safety, such as NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.
- Project management skills like PRINCE2 or PMP.
