Summary: The Façade Manager will oversee the façade package for a high-rise residential project in White City, ensuring effective management of construction methodologies and team leadership. This role requires extensive experience in façade design and installation, particularly with bmast climbing, brickwork, and rain screen systems. The project has a budget of approximately £80 million and spans a duration of 12 months. The Façade Manager will work closely with the on-site Project Lead and various stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strong people management skills, experience in leading large teams, including solid technical knowledge of short-term programming, construction methodology.
• Experience managing all phases of facade packages, including health and safety, quality, and costs.
• Knowledge of facade design, detailing, and structural design standards, as well as experience designing facades for different types of projects.
• Understanding of facade materials, manufacturing methods, installation, and testing.
• Ability to communicate effectively with architects, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders, and to present design concepts clearly.
• Working with other professionals, such as engineers and architects, to achieve project objectives.
• Oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring all health & safety protocols are in place.
• Manage risks, ensuring any issues that arise are solved promptly and efficiently.
