We are looking for personal trainers to join our team for shifts on weekday lunchtimes, evenings and weekends. F45 provides 45-minute group HIIT workouts that mix cardio, strength and agility using functional exercises. Each class has 2 coaches who are there to run the class, motivate people and provide 1:1 coaching for all abilities and ages. F45 Kingston was the first F45 in the UK, and has been running for 9 years. We have a great community of members and run classes 7 days a week. We are offering up to 8 shifts a week, on a freelance basis. Additional shifts covering for others may also be available. Candidates MUST Be qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers. Have experience of coaching a group of people with a different range of abilities. Be available for shifts on weekdays (morning, daytime and evenings) and weekends. Have a confident and friendly personality. Be enthusiastic about fitness, and want to make F45 part of their fitness programme. Be local to F45 Kingston.
