Key Responsibilities:

We're looking for a External Contracts Managers to join our Property Care team where you'll be taking ownership of a Roofing programme to deliver replacement roof coverings and support a variety of externally sourced contracts which could include windows, doors, roofing, external works, and projects in support of our objective of providing excellent service to our customers. With experience of the Housing Association environment, you'll have a pivotal role in ensuring works are delivered in line with financial, contractual, and quality expectations. With the ability to forge strong relationships with our partner providers and the confidence to challenge and push change, you will be at the forefront of driving improvement in the delivery of our services. With a strong technical knowledge, you'll also be taking on a variety of maintenance projects requiring more complex or specialist intervention. We need you to be flexible in this role so you should be able to travel across our whole geography, to sites and contractor meetings, with regular office days to collaborate with colleagues. You should live within Abri’s geography and be able to commute to one of our primary offices in either Eastleigh (SO50 6AD), Bracknell (RG12 1RF) or Yeovil (BA22 8WN).
