Export Supply Chain Professional

BAE - Military, Air & Information (MAI) is currently seeking an Export Supply Chain Professional to join their team in Sarnsbury. As a key player in the Defence & Security sector, you will contribute to ensuring the smooth operation and compliance of export activities within the business. This role is offered on a contract basis with flexibility for hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the end-to-end export supply chain processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to facilitate export activities.
• Monitoring and tracking shipments to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all export transactions.
• Analysing supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
• Ensuring adherence to security requirements, including BPSS and SC in flight.
• Providing support and guidance to the team, leveraging your expertise in supply chain management.
• Reporting to the hiring manager and contributing to team objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Experience in supply chain management, particularly within an export context.
• Strong understanding of export regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Flexibility to work on-site two days per week (Tuesday & Wednesday) and from home the remaining days.
• Willingness to undergo BPSS and Security Clearance (SC) checks.
