Summary: Experienced PMO Analyst needed to oversee governance and delivery for Finance and Procurement projects. The role involves collaboration with internal teams and the System Integrator PMO to ensure effective project execution. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment. This position is hybrid and classified as outside IR35.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide PMO support for the Finance and Procurement project, driving alignment across teams.
  • Maintain and enhance governance and reporting, including weekly status updates.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal teams, System Integrator PMO, and ePMO.
  • Track progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Manage SharePoint sites for document control and collaboration.
  • Support financial forecasting and project budget tracking.
  • Use MS Project for scheduling, resource planning, and managing dependencies.

Key Skills:

  • Proven PMO experience in large-scale transformation projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in SharePoint, Microsoft 365 (Teams, Excel, PowerPoint), and MS Project.
  • Strong organisational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders and managing multiple teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in Finance & Procurement transformation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, and enterprise PMO functions is highly desirable.
