Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of user experiences across digital platforms and services.

- Translate insights and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, content designers, and other stakeholders.
- Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design throughout the service lifecycle.
- Design and contribute to service blueprints, user journey maps, and interaction patterns.
- Present designs and concepts to stakeholders, including government clients.
- Work within agile teams to iterate and improve designs based on user feedback and analytics.
Key Skills:
