Connect to your opportunity This role will be responsible for leading the end-to-end recruiting life cycle completing at the offer process. This responsibility includes sourcing and screening candidates, managing the process, facilitating offers, employment negotiations, senior stakeholder management and ensuring a world-class experience. You will report to the Head of Executive Hiring.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on direct search assignments for open Director and Partner roles within the business, partnering with the Talent Sourcing team when appropriate
- Lead on speculative and often highly sensitive searches with utmost confidentiality and sensitivity, utilising search firms if appropriate
- Manage the search and engagement process for external agencies; Deliver the output of succession plans where there is a hiring requirement and run direct Partner and Director search campaigns, from sign-off to completion
- Initiate intake meetings and confirm critical success requirements for the role as well as facilitate debrief sessions post interviews (final stage)
- Drive the candidate assessment process and ensure adequate provisioning of support to candidates and hiring partners
- Manage complex compensation, negotiations and offer processes
- Deliver hiring aligned to internal mobility approach, ensuring provision of internal shortlists (where possible)
- Use market insights and knowledge of internal talent to understand the availability of diverse talent aligned to the hiring plan and adopt best practice to engage diverse talent in your hiring
- Partners with the Talent Sourcing team to deliver market intelligence, mapping and insights to support business growth plans and decision making
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships, supporting on the firm’s vision for Partner and Director hiring and route to market
- Ensure consistency of approach, execution and delivery across all Partner and Director hiring and act as the point of contact for operational escalations
- Ensure the unique hiring requirements of Partner and Director level roles are followed in line with the firm’s governance and in accordance with non-solicitation agreements
- Conduct telephone or face-to-face screens and / or technical screens, ensuring the shortlist submitted to the hiring manager meets quality standards
- Build and maintain candidate relationships, establishing trust and key motivations whilst ensuring a high level of user experience
- Manage talent pools developing strong relationships with passive and diverse talent
- Be an active participant of the Partner and Director hiring team, supporting team members during peaks and troughs, leveraging best practice and operating in a continuous improvement mindset
- Ensure timely and accurate input and management of data in line with the firm’s systems and tracking tool (including SLAs and KPIs) and ensure correct, real time, oversight of data insights
- Prepare business review data and associated commentary for business line stakeholders (e.g. tracking against deliverables)
- Maintain strong relationships across the firm’s Resourcing functions to ensure full utilisation of talent pools and market intelligence
- Support wider Talent Acquisition projects and priorities as preferred
