Summary: The role of Executive / Personal Assistant involves supporting the workshop and management team in Southampton, ensuring efficient administrative operations within a leading specialist in the commissioning and decommissioning of emergency vehicles. The position requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently on multiple projects. This is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension or transition to permanent employment. The candidate must be available immediately and willing to work through an umbrella company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the workshop and management team with administrative tasks.
  • Ensure all paperwork is correctly completed and filed.
  • Handle calls and manage workshop administration.
  • Work autonomously and manage workload with minimal supervision.
  • Assist with multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Skills:

  • Administrative experience, preferably in the Fleet/Automotive sector.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for handling phone calls.
  • Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
  • Immediate availability for a Monday-Friday, days-based role.
  • Willingness to be paid via a third-party Umbrella/Payroll company.

Salary (Rate): 18.00
