About the Role
We are seeking a high-calibre, discreet, and exceptionally organized Executive Personal Assistant to provide seamless, senior-level support to Directors at the London’s financial district.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage multi-director calendars, coordinate high-stakes meetings, and balance competing demands from senior policymakers and internal/external leaders.
- Oversee the preparation and collation of board papers, committee agendas, briefing notes, and accurate meeting minutes.
- Handle sensitive, market-critical, and government-restricted information with absolute confidentiality and rigorous adherence to compliance standards.
- Serve as a professional point of contact, drafting high-level correspondence and filtering requests efficiently.
- Coordinate complex travel arrangements, itineraries, and administrative workflows in a fast-paced executive office.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience operating as an Executive Assistant, Senior PA, or Chief of Staff supporting C-suite executives, Board Directors, or senior public sector/regulatory leaders.
- Exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate roadblocks and resolve operational issues autonomously.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills with a professional, composed demeanor under pressure.
- Impeccable standards of discretion, trustworthiness, and adherence to information security protocols.
- Strong understanding of corporate governance, public sector administration, or fast-paced financial and regulatory environments.
